Melia Berlin Hotel, Berlin

Staying at this hotel was an absolute pleasure. The rooms were specially designed for comfort, with a shower that could make you want to throw a party in it (just kidding). The friendly and helpful staff, along with a great breakfast, made the stay even more enjoyable. Centrally located, I will definitely recommend it to friends. Well done to everybody there! A truly excellent experience with a nice view.

The hotel is perfectly located with easy access to the airport and close to some of the best attractions in Berlin. The rooms provide a lovely view of the Spree river, making it convenient for moving around and storing belongings. However, the service was a mix of amazing and less friendly encounters, with some staff behaving less welcoming than expected. The location is fabulous, offering easy access to public transport hubs and iconic tourist spots. The dining experience was on the pricier side, with limited options but did offer gluten-free choices. Overall, a great location but with some service inconsistencies.

Staying at this hotel was a real treat! The rooms were terrific and very quiet with a massive bed - it was the biggest I've ever seen. The Level breakfast deal suggested by one of the excellent reception staff, maybe Jose, was superb. Plus, everything was very clean and spacious.

During our stay, the rooms were extremely comfortable as a non-smoking room shining directly at the bed. The service, especially at the reception desk, was very helpful and appreciative of my attempts at speaking German. The location can not be beat for being in the middle of many activities and close to many attractions, and the dining experience in The Level lounge was excellent.
